Euphorbia tithymaloides ssp. smallii 'Nanus' L.
AntisepticClump-forming, succulent shrub or subshrub with a compact, erect growth form. Height: Up to 0.7–2 meters height. Leaves: Light green leaves are held perpendicular in 2 files along either side of the stem. Elongated, elliptic leaves are slightly folded upwards along the midvein, forming a boat-like shape. Flowers: Red, bird-shaped 'flowers' are actually 2-lipped bracts that enclose small, bright red flowers. Fruits: Small fruits are known as capsules.
