Stachytarpheta jamaicensis (L.) Vahl

Shrub Height: Not provided Leaves: Leaves are usually opposite, simple, and in many species are hairy. Flowers: Flowers are small, with five petals, and borne in dense spikes. Typically some shade of blue they may also be white, pink, or purple/ Fruits: Fruit is dry, ultimately spreading into four 1-seeded nutlets which are oblong and dorsally smooth, their under faces covered with minute, white flaking cells.

Malilyu (Dizziness). Preparation: Pabukal ya keng kilub ning atlung minutu ing buong kalendariya keng kaserolang atin apat a basung danum. (Boil the whole plant in 4 glasses of water for 3 minutes.). Part used: Whole plant | Masakit ipan (Toothache). Preparation: Pabukal ing adwang buong tanaman keng metung litrung danum keng kilub ning 40 minuto. (Boil 2 whole plants in 1L of water for 40 minutes.). Part used: Whole plant | Mekinis asu (Dog bite). Preparation: Dikdikan ing apulung pirasung bulung king malinis a malan apsalan keng kutsara. (Crush 10 pieces of leaves using clean cloth and spoon.). Part used: Whole plant | Benat keng bat menganak.
