(Soak 3 pieces of hand-sized roots in 1L of water for 2 hours.)/ Pabukal ya ing tangke atin bulung kilub 45 minuto hanggang keng manaliwa ya kule ing danum. (Boil the stem with leaves for 45 minutes until the water change in color.). Part used: Roots/ Stem with leaves
