Daldakan ya tsaka ikabit keng malinis a malan apsalan ya keng basu. (Get a handful young leaves of Bayabas, Cainito, Saresa, Sambong, rinse it well with water, mash all the leaves and extract the juice using a clean cloth and put it in a glass).
