Kayari na nita gumamit malinis a tela at katasan. (Wrap a handful of oregano leaves with banana leaf and heat over flame for 30 seconds, after which extract the juice with clean cloth.); Linisan at ibabad ya keng danum reng bulung. (Wash and soak leaves of Oregano.); Katasan ing bulung gamit ing pandurug kayari gumamit malinis a malan para mahiwale itang katas keng bulung.
