Kapag mekakwa ng metung kasakmal kusut, ikabit ya keng basu at dinan yang danum mapali at katasan gamit ing malinis a malan.(Get a handful thin layer of the bark of the narra, put it in a glass of warm water and extract the juice using a clean cloth.).
